Document Description: This document has been prepared to assist congregations in examining the way we deal with our workers and with sister congregations of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod. It is designed to underscore good practice when securing workers, living with workers, and dealing with workers as they retire or move on to other areas of ministry. It will also help us to develop policies that will assure that all are provided for in a caring and professional way.
